1. 7-Day Return Window ⏳

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your spice products.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the 1kg Sahulat Bag or Sachet seals).

2. Valid Reasons for Return ✅

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the packaging is torn or the product is leaking during transit.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different spice or size than what you ordered.

  • Quality Concerns: If the product does not meet our freshness standards upon opening.

3. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

  • Opened spice bags or sachets (due to food safety and hygiene reasons) unless there is a confirmed quality defect.

  • Items purchased during clearance or "Flash Sales."

4. Refund Process 💸

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping (on orders over Rs 5000), the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
